It Takes ONE Year

One year to re-find and re-stabilize yourself.

One year away from the bull crap

One year to build a new life.

One year closer to be living your dreams.

One year on the path of change to transform yourself and your reality.

In reality, it takes 3 years to transform your life and one year to transform your mind (releasing previous beliefs and attachments, shedding trauma and programming, breaking generational curses as some say). There will be carnage from the battle and cleaning up to attend to after the fall. It is a very tough experience and only a small number of souls are capable of going through this difficult process which could quite literally, kill you. In a world where there are so many identities, ego extensions and standards for being more and doing better, it is lonely and scary being nothing. It is necessary, though. We are here to lead future generations both in our families and the rest of the world.

No full-time job, maybe some part-time jobs or odd jobs. With a full-time job you will obviously have less time and energy to focus on creating this in your world. You will be representing another brand or company instead of learning and rooting in your own. You will still be in a hustle & bustle, fast-paced environment interacting with many people who are living in a more automatic world, therefore, you will be like those you interact with and more likely to be a product of your environment.

Isolation is key. Cut out all the distractions. Delete or deactivate social medias, unsubscribe from streaming apps, pay little attention to anything happening in the news, remove social ties, including family or friends, who are not beneficial or even negative. If you are able to, you should distance yourself from people, places and things which are preventing you from reaching your true, full potential.
